The Indiana Black Librarians Network (IBLN) is the statewide organization dedicated to the welfare and concerns of Black librarians and library employees, placing specific emphasis on recruitment and retention to the profession, employment in the field, and access to library services provided in community and advocacy for Black librarianship.
